We’re DSTLL, Inc. (“DSTLL”, “we”, “our”, “us”). DSTLL is a mobile app that helps you declutter your photo gallery by selecting your best photos, removing duplicates, and organizing them into Smart Albums.

This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our app (available on the Apple App Store and Google Play Store) and our website.

5.1. When you use DSTLL

5.2. Photos & content

• Photo analysis: Our AI scans the photos you select to provide aesthetic rankings and detect duplicates.
• On-device processing first: Whenever possible, photos are analyzed on your device.
• If cloud processing is needed, we temporarily upload photos to our secure servers, process them, and delete them shortly after.

We do not sell, share, or train external AI models on your photos.
